When you perform a reservation or access guest portals at KPH Stay, we collect standard user details to confirm check-ins. This includes: name, contact email address, telephone numbers, and check-in/out schedules. If you consult our AI Concierge Chatbot, dialogue history is recorded to help answer reservation queries.

2. Data Security & Storage

All guest listings and room ledger documents are securely stored in **Google Cloud Firebase Firestore** databases. We apply custom rules to ensure guests can only view bookings mapped directly to their own account IDs, preventing cross-profile data leakage.

3. Use of Information

Collected guest profiles are exclusively used for:

  • Confirming and logging cabin reservations.
  • Updating loyalty points balances in the Guest Dashboard.
  • Analyzing general analytics metrics on the Admin Dashboard.
  • Answering customer inquiries submitted via contact forms.

We will never lease, sell, or distribute your email or profile information to third-party advertising companies.

4. Cookie & Local Storage Usage

We store data locally on your device to enhance your user experience:

  • localStorage: Retains active login sessions (`kaghan_hotel_session`) and Concierge AI conversation transcripts to save progress on page transitions.
  • Service Worker Cache: Saves core styles and navigation templates locally to enable offline reading in mountain resort areas.

5. Guest Rights
