1. Reservation & Booking Confirmation

All reservations must be made online or through our verified chatbot interface. Standard online check-in requires a valid guest name, contact email, and active telephone number. Bookings are considered confirmed once logged in our database ledger and assigned a valid booking ID starting with `BK-`.

2. Cancellation & Modification Policy

Cancellations or modifications to room reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in to receive a full refund or waive reservation penalties. Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled check-in will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's room rate.

3. Check-In & Check-Out Lifecycles

  • Standard Check-in Time: 14:00 (2:00 PM)
  • Standard Check-out Time: 12:00 (12:00 PM)

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may be subject to additional room charges computed by the lobby receptionist or booking dashboard.

4. Guest Guidelines & Code of Conduct

To ensure the tranquility and safety of our guests in Nathia Gali and Islamabad:

  • No smoking is allowed inside luxury suites or apartment rooms. Dedicated smoking areas are available in the resort gardens.
  • Quiet hours are enforced from 22:00 (10:00 PM) to 08:00 (8:00 AM) to maintain resort peace.
  • Guests are responsible for any physical damages to the room property or furnishings during their stay, which will be invoiced to their account.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of Pakistan. Any booking conflicts will be resolved at our central headquarters in Sector E-11, Islamabad.
