2. Reservation & Online Booking Confirmation

Reservations are submitted online through our booking engine or verified chatbot concierge. A reservation is considered finalized once payment authorization is confirmed and a unique Booking ID (BK-XXXX) is logged into our database ledger.

3. Payment Authorization via PayFast

All online payments on KPH Stay are processed through PayFast (APPS - Payment Systems Provider / PSO licensed by State Bank of Pakistan).

• By submitting payment, you authorize PayFast to charge your debit/credit card or bank/wallet account for the total confirmed amount in PKR.
• You warrant that you are the authorized cardholder or account owner authorized to initiate the transaction.
• Payment transactions are secured via SSL encryption and 3D Secure (3DS) authentication protocol.

4. Service Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

As a hospitality service provider, service delivery occurs in two stages:

• Digital Fulfillment: Instant email confirmation voucher and payment receipt containing your Booking ID, check-in instructions, and room details sent immediately upon payment.
• Physical Fulfillment: Provision of your reserved luxury suite or apartment accommodation on the check-in date.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy Overview

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy:

• A 100% refund is provided for cancellations submitted within 48 hours of booking confirmation (and at least 72 hours prior to check-in).
• Approved refunds are credited through PayFast within 5 to 7 business days.
• Non-refundable after the 48-hour window, late cancellations, early check-outs, or no-shows.

6. Check-In & Check-Out Rules

• Standard Check-in Time: 14:00 (2:00 PM)
• Standard Check-out Time: 12:00 (12:00 PM)
• Guests must present a valid government-issued CNIC or Passport upon check-in for security verification required by Pakistani law.

7. Guest Code of Conduct & Property Damage

Guests agree to maintain standard decorum. Smoking inside luxury suites is prohibited. Guests are held financially liable for any intentional or negligent property damage or missing room inventory during their stay.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
